so i put synthic motor oil in my z for the first time and i know it's probably my imagination, but it sure does feel like it rides smoother.
i was thinking... what they need to do, at least in the U.S., is make it worthwhile for the majority of car owners to use synthetic oil instead of conventional. i know it would never happen, but it sure would help our dependency on overseas oil and help the environment at the same time.

What brand synthetic oil did you use?

Yeah I use Royal Purple synthetic 10W-30, its definitely the best I've ever used.

Amsoil 5W-30 here. Used it in my Z31, had 165,000 miles when I sold it and never burned a drop.
