he he...GannabeZchick that is a Ford GT, which is an evolution (or should I say recreation) of the Ford GT40's of the 60's and 70's. These cars were very popular because they won the 24 hours of Le Mans two years in a row...I believe in 1968 and 1969...which is an amazing accomplishment considering that up until that point the Italians dominated the race. American cars were considered underdogs.
The neato color scheme is based on the Gulf Oil Company colors of baby blue and bright orange. This exact paint scheme mimicks the GT40P/1075 which was the famed back to back Le Mans champion car.

Chick yes, I'm a huge Nissan fan - had a 200sx before the 350z. I'd be interested in knowing if anyone one else has made the same upgrade, huge difference without the turbo, the 200 felt so light and tinny in comparasion.
Just dropped her in for her first service, no doubt, it's gonna cost a small fortune.
I was wrong I think the coupe looks like the SC430! the front end does anyway, the back end is pretty gutsy, like that, and love the white interior.
Wonder how much the Inf.Coupe would cost in Oz? The 350 is considered expensive, at around $65K AUD for the 2006 model.

On a percentage basis, I would say at least 10-15% more, so you are talking between $71K-$75K AUD for the Inf. Coupe...and I can see the SC430 more, but only on the front 1/4 of the car. From the wheel wells back it is totally original. I don't know if you noticed, but the windshield is a long arched piece of glass that sweeps all the way back over the drivers and down the rear...so it is one solid piece. I think that's pretty cool!

i doubt Oz will get the infiniti, they aren't marketed here, similarly the mustang and corvettes here are all imports, with steering conversions (which is unreliable and costs about 4 grand). An old guy in my apartment complex drives a black corvette, he looks like he's still living in the 80s. Its amusing how Vett drivers acknowledge Zs.
the Coupe's moon looking glass roof is neat. My ultimate car is the Merc SL500........ silver, convertible, red interior, they are hot to trot.

I meant to say...I like the ones from the early 90's...except instead of an SL500, make it an SL 55 AMG! Sorry, long day at work!
