A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Bill:
I put 245/45s on the front and 255/45s on the rear of my 2003 350z coupe.
No problems. Good Year didn't have the Eagle F1s in our stock sizes when I purchased them back in November 2004.
I still don't think you will have any problems with 225/45s on the front and 255/45s on the rear. I believe the 200 number refers to the width of the tire.
I have heard of people having problems when they change to a lower (i.e.45) number on the rear than the front. The computer thinks the rear wheels are spinning and cuts power to the engine.

Hi Guy!
Got your message, and advice from you and others seems solid. So I plan to go with the slightly oversized tires, as soon as I find out that Nissan has no problem with it. (Michelin, who is probably THE one to approve, already has.)
FYI when I'm all done I'll be running four Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.
The main reason I did the last post was so you wouldn't think I disregarded your input. In fact I didn't, and it was very helpful.
Thanks,
-Bill
