Hi everyone,
I don't claim to be a Z expert or a car expert, but I have enjoyed coming to this forum immensely and reading more knowledgable members' posts and making fun comments here and there. Thank you for making this such a great forum.
The Z sure was a fun car to drive. My '03 touring, as seen in the picture with my signature, was wonderful, but I hated the problems (I had 16 total), so yesterday I went and traded it in for an '03 Corvette Zo6 + Borla exhaust.
If anyone would like to buy my 5zigen hyper 5zr 20" silver wheels with the tires (Bridgestone Pole Positions; they have about 8k mi. left on them), I will sell them for $2000 plus shipping.
Once again, great forum and have fun with your Z cars. They are really great cars if you don't get a lemon.

no way! wow, im surprised. Oh well, more power to ya, literally (with the Z06) and figuratively. It seems like alot of Z guys are vette fans, myself included...it must have something to do with the heritage factor. Good luck with the vette, since ive gotten my Z thats the only other car I could see myself switching to.

You know, I don't know what it is, but I am starting to kust over the new vettes.
I know its a sin to say that, but the new vettes are sweet, but need to be a tad bit lower or have a body kit added.

maya thats ridiculous. Any lower and you'd be bottoming out everywhere and couldn't get over speedbumps. The Corvette is definitely sexy enough by itself, no body kit needed. And there's nothing sinful or wrong about lusting after corvettes. They are the best bang for buck sports car there is. Period. You CANNOT find another new sports car that will keep up/outrun 99% of all sports cars and exotics for the same price as the vette.
The vette still leaves room for improvement, but its good enough that it is rare to see a non-stock vette. The wheels, the paint, the exhausts usually remain on the car because everything goes together so wel.

Wow! I can't believe everyone was so supportive about my decision to buy a Corvette! It is an awesome car, I must admit. Raw, loud, American po'er.
I still love the Z car, and maybe someday will come back to it. My lemon didn't sour me from the respect and love I have for the new Z and their badass forefathers. But I am thrilled with my very fast "new" Corvette.

240z? I love the old comercial of those where the guy in the glasses has a racing helmet on and is driving through the mountains. That is a classic! Those Titans are cool, too.
