Brembo Brakes

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

You can't use a C-clamp on the brembos I think because there are two pistons on both sides. The stock calipers have floating calipers with pistons only on one side.

Changing brembo pad is simple. Its takes longer to jack up the car and remove the tire then it take to change the pads.
Hold down one side of the spring on the top of the caliper, and remove one of the pins. (Its obvious how this works once you see it.) Remove the spring, and the other pin. With a wide screwdriver, carefully force the pads open on both sides of the disk. Remember, there are pistons on both sides that need to be pushed back. Slide out the old pads, slide in the new ones. Reverse the process to replace the spring and pins. Replace the wheel, and pump the brakes a few times to position the pad. Do this three more times and then check you fluid level. Now go seat your pads and your done.
Have fun.
