Hotchkiss springs with known tire feathered

A&Q about 350Z
Q:

Guys,
It looks like I might be trading in my Z coupe for a used roadster . I am still undecided if i want to put my 19" volks gt-7 diamond black on it.
If I do, it means that I have to lowered it (again) using the hotchkiss springs that I have. I was able to get the alignment back within spec without any hardware in my current coupe (drove over 8k and the wear is perfect).
My concern is the roadster has some feathering (i was told), so would the drop make it worst?
Btw, I drove the roadster with the stock wheels and the sound isnt' that bad (i guess i am used to the loud injen exhaust ).

Why do you want a roadster when you have a coupe? Do you want a 'vert that bad?
No offense, but I would stick with the coupe..I could list the benefits, but it really is matter of opinion I guess.
The feathering has more to do with toe in than anything else (from what I have been told). If you adjust that, you may actually do better than stock. Plus, with low tread wear tires, you are going to get some uneven wear naturally, that is the nature of the sports car beast....some may beg to differ, but that's MHO.

The suspensions on the coupes and the roadsters are identical. If the lowering springs and wheels didn't affect the coupe, they won't affect the roadster either.
