A&Q about 350Z
Q:
I just bought the Kumoh's for the back tires on my car and they have been great so far. I had my fronts replaced by Nissan and they have a lot of tread. I got about 20,000 miles out of the back tires and the Kumohs have a better tread wear rating than the stock tires did.

i switched to the hawk pads and stop tech rotors quite some time ago. minimal dust and pads have lasted over 30k miles and counting. the stock rotors are basically pot metal and any nissan tech will agree. as far as tires go, i went with the michelin sport pilots 400 tread wear rating. i did have kumos on the fronts at one time. kumos imo are the low end of scale when condidering tires (inexpensive) i hear time and again about nissan replacing tires? the 2 sets they have reimbursed me for, i basically bought and had installed and then faxed them the appropriate documentation and they sent me a check. both the kuhmos & the michelins both of factory sizes. i do not have the ceramic pads, they are the hawk hps pads. if you go with hawk pads make sure they use the factory shims when swapping out the pads. if not in my experience you will get some brake clatter after minimal wear. good luck and hope this helps!!

i wash my wheels twice a week. dirty wheels makes the whole car look dirty. dirty car and clean wheels isn't so bad.

I installed Hawk HP pads all the way around on stock rotors.
No problem with over 17k on them.
75% less brake dust and she stops on a dime!!!!

I have 255/45s on the rear and 245/45s on the front.
No problems, just a bit wider than the stock tires.
