I don't have The AEM, but I think it's a good Idea getting the bypass valve. Especially if you live in rainy places.

I used to have the AEM CAI and I did not have the bypass installed. Unless you get a TON of rain and clogged drains, you don't need it. You need to drive through a good 1.5 ft to even come close to getting the filter wet.

Ok, minsan lang pasukan ny tubig yan may masisisra sigurado. That's why the Nismo CAI have the bypass valve for safety. Pare, if you're gonna get a completely modified air intake, why not get the Nismo? Almost the same price.

That's ok, hey if you can get it cheaper then that's better. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
