One of my licence plate light in the back burnt out, just wondering how to take it out? Is there a clip i can take out the light bulb? or i Have to take the bumper out. Let me know. Thanks

BULB REPLACEMENT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. While pressing license plate lamp to right side, pull left side of it
and remove.
2. Disconnect license plate lamp connector.
3. Turn bulb socket counterclockwise and unlock it.
4. Remove bulb from it's socket.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
