After carefully installing this "Mis-Aligned" and "Ill-Fitting"component,
I noticed a chattering and high pitch squeking noise from the right
front quarter. I installed everything loose so as to "seat" itself,
then tightened all of the bolts. I do have the 5/16" Motordyne
plenum spacers in place. When I removed the Bar, just to isolate the problem the Squeking stopped.
It is not hitting the hood, or the engine cover.
Anyone have any ideas on this one???

Interesting. Have you tightened the bolts down to specification? I could easily see that noise occuring if the bar is actually slightly slipping, as the chassis flexes...

Engine cover bolts tight? I had one come loose after installing a plenum last year - the factory strut bar goes right over the top of it and it is almost impossible to get to it without removing the strut bar, but that is the factory bar. The squeak came from the strut bar making contact with the loose engine cover; since you removed the strut bar and the noise stopped, makes me think that could be it.
