loud noise doesnt really specify much, but if thats what you want, go for the topspeed exhaust

My Stillen is supposed to be quiet, but I still set off car alarms when I drive around low in 1st. Most aftermarkets are going to be louder than stock. :)

consider the APS 3" exhuast with 3.5 inch test pipes, but only if you have the APS Twin turbo system. It is loud and that translates to power with TT on the boil. If you want it a bit quieter, you can run the 3" exhaust with the soon to be released high flow catalytic converters for the 3" exhaust.
It is straight tips for 350Z and angled for G35. You can hear the sound clip on the website

Not sure if they (3.5"test pipes/3"exhust) would fit without the TTs to connect to. Not sure they would not fit. The have only been discussed in context of use with the Twin turbos. I'm sure they can be made to fit without the turbos in any case.
The APS 2.5"exhaust and 2.5" test pipes flow a lot of air in their own right. The huge exhaust (3.5/3) is not a performance advantage over the 2.5/2.5 until you are running 10 to 12 psi boost. At that point the large exhaust starts making a huge difference by releaving back pressure which occurs at high boost. But if you want loud...he he....the guy I talked to who has heard the 3.5" test pipes with the 3" exhaust says they are not for the faint of heart.

For the loudest sound just go with straight pipes. YEAH BABY!!
I have the NISMO cat-back. They're louder than stock, but definitely not louder than some other cat-backs I've heard. I think the Injens, Zigens, Borlas, or Stillens will give you that louder sound you're looking for.

Justin: I believe it is possible to lower the torque numbers from the engine by reducing backpressure to the cylinders with an exhaust that is too free flowing on a NA motor - that would be the drawback. It really depends upon the specific exhaust however.
Believe only what you think, not what you feel.

Nismo, Stillin, and Borla and the best 3 for different reasons.
I have the Borla and love it.

what are the reasons?
i like the nismo and injen (if we're talking sound).. don't care for the way the stillen or borla sound.
