I'm new to this site, and I was wondering if there is still a problem with tire wear on 350z's. I considering buying a new Z, and I just want to know if they fixed that problem with the 06's. Thanks

The tire problem has been reduced by the change to a higher treadwear rated tire. They last about twice as long.

guy... honestly i have had my 03's front end aligned ONCE in 44K miles... and have not seen anything resembling feathering/cupping to date... and this was at 34K miles... when the work was done... so IMO there should be nothing to worry about... but not everyone's experience is the same...

The tire issue was so last year...
J/K, but it really was more of an issue on the 03 and 04 than the 05-06 models. I have an 05 with 8K miles and have not heard anything more than the day I bought it. The tread wear is slightly uneven, but that is to be expected on a sports car with an aggresively tuned suspension and low tread wear on the tires...I am with maya.
