A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Does anyone have experience with custom painting their Z? How much does it cost for a good paint job? I want to paint my car some sort of dark obsidian color...a black, but with a metal flake to it. Any suggestions on where to find the right color?
Previously owned: 2005 Z Enthusiast, Super Black, 6 spd.
Currently lease: 2006 Pathfinder S, Silver, Auto

dont really have experience but i know it wont be cheap, you're talking like 5k for a good paint job.

^^2nd, i talked to a guy that was refered to me by a friend that used to own a performance shop, this guy did ALL of the friend's custom paint work, the friend said that he usually takes a little bit longer than normal...but he does a fantastic job...
n-e ways i met with the guy and i just out of the blue asked him how much it would be to repaint the entire car... he said around 5Gs too...he mentioned that he would want to pull off ALL the interior pieces and body moldings and glass to paint around all of it so that you get a good "factory" finish... and that it was the only way to do it right...
