Here are 3 things:
1. The chances that this is a scam is too much of a chnace to even talk to him.
2. You will get twice as much response if you make hyperlinks. I will not copy and paste for something like this as well as most people. If you do not know how you need to search on this site as there have been 10 posts in the last month on how to do it.
3. We have the classifides section for a reason. I do not like when it spills over into normal forums.

Depending on where he lives and how he sent it you may still be on its way. For those with no experience shipping overseas, it can take 6 weeks or more to send or receive a letter from Europe. Assuming it it isn't a scam, and that should be easy to spot, I would wait another couple of weeks. Remember if it takes a week to receive a letter in the continental US tack on a lot of extra time for the distance and shipping between multiple carriers. Make sure that he takes care of the problems regarding exporting and shipping the car, because it may become a real headache if you have to deal with that.

It could be for real, but what kinda payment is he sending? IS he sending tooo much money? Is he gonna give you time to get the funds to clear in the bank before you release your car? Does he have a tracking number? It sounds an awful lot like a scam. This can be done legit but it's rare anymore. And if it was legit he could give you tracking numbers for the payment etc. Sounds fishy to me.

i doubt it's a scam. it's not as if the car has already been shipped. should have just used paypal or something.
