Q:
I remember a month or two ago there was going to be a Seattle meet at dicks but then it was canceled to do ridiculous fog.
Any one planning something similar?

It's still a bit early, but I've been wanting to tout the:
Track / Driver Education Day.
Hosted by IRDC out at Bremerton Raceways on March 31, which turns out to be a Friday, which could limit the appeal.
Here's a link to the relevant info.

For 60 bucks you get a 20 minute rungroup approximately every hour and a half, all day long, which can really add up the seattime, if you take full advantage of the opportunity and make a full day of it.
I've particpated in three of them over the last few years and allways had a blast. I haven't had My 78 on a track yet and am looking forward to finding out what she can do, the SAFE WAY.

The website says you pay 60$ each run. is that how it works?

A:
No, that's 60 buck per "run group"
Each time your run group comes up on the schedule, it's your turn, through out the course of the day.
It used to be that you simply entered the car and could run it as much as you liked. But things have evolved a little bit as the event has grown.

I'm down for that. I live up in Bellingham, so its not too far, and my '75 z should be finished by then.
keep us posted, or email me at "Soaringcanadian@hotmail.com" if you get this thing going.
ps..i don't know if you want to keep this thing classic or not, but i have a friend with a '91 240sx that would probably be all for it.

If my Turbo swap is running good by then(can't get it started) I would probably be interested as well, although I don't have any track experience yet.
