i have an H3 bulb in another car of mine. i wanted to put HIDs in it. i thought of saving money and buy a used OEM ballastic. I'm looking at a subaru ballastic for sale. I'm pretty sure it uses 9006 bulbs. can i buy some sort of wiring kit to hook up the Ballastic to an h3 plug?

The short answer is no.
Better to find a kit designed to replace an H3 bulb.
