Those Hillborn (well, Eggers & Vetting anyway) Fuel Injection Manifolds sold for $260 and $291 off E-Bay just now.
So much for using Hillborn Injection.
BTW, it's an easy deal to set those up for EFI, you simply add injector bungs and put your injectors in there. Kinsler and Hillborn make a lot of EFI Retrofit stuff for people with the Old-School Mechanical Injection setups.
I know who got 'em, and they owe me for not bidding what I was going to bid. They saved some $$$!
Good thing they called!
I'll let them reveal their identity if they so choose...

He must not have wanted to make another one from scratch. What are you going to do with them? Convert them to EFI, and sell them? Or use them on your own personal projects? If anyone got them, I'm glad he did. He'll put them to good use, or make a crap load of $$ off them anyway.

All it means is that I have to make my own runners and order the plates from Kinsler, that's all...

Just noticed they are/were located only 60 miles from my house. Come to think of it, last time I was in that area I saw an old Z.

Them's injection systems came off the water. They's in a BOAT!
Sport Hydro, to be specific. Much more demanding than automotive applications as far as torque and horsepower is concerned.

Yes it was I. Yes Tony you know we work stuff out, so no need to worry there! HEHE. Yea, Im not sure, but I will retrofit them to ELECTRIC injectors, either to sell or keep, well see. BTW, The new manifold goes STRAIGHT up, perpendicular to the ground. I also liked them for the nostagia fact. Plus, when I see ITB's, I get EXITED!

Next time you see McAdam SLAP HIS A$$ and then do it again!
There's a poor bastard over in Tech who is SWEARING there is a "p47" head because it's mentioned in a bunch of posts.
Of course he is disregarding the posts there where everyone says it's not a real casting number, or where McAdam admits "it's what I call it"...
So slap his a$$ but good, and tell him to search on "P47" and go back and EDIT HIS DAMN POSTS so this poor bastard isn't misled.
I mean, he's ARGUING that is exists....
What more can I do and stay civil...

Ahhh, Hey, Cant sleep on the deals if they mean that much! Yea, Tony and I were watching it pretty closly. Ive gotten a few emails saying "Oh, I just missed it, do you wanna sell them for more to me" I dont think I will though. Only TONY knows what My actuall HIGH bid was, and actually, I bumped it up a 100.00 up from what I told him! So basicly, I just really wanted to get them, and it actually worked where I got a screamin deal, gotta love it. Anyways, you guys will see this retrofited with EFI bungs soon, then they may be up for grabs but more than likley not, as this is a ONE OFF nostagia type peice, and I just dont sell this type of stuff, as its TOO NEAT!
