Ok guys,
I put my '71 240z into a shop a year ago... to get a rb20det front cut swapped into my zed with all fuel lines, wiring, etc... to be done
One year later, the engine is in the car, the gearbox is in the car...the radiator is mounted as well as the intercooler...
he's basically done nothing in a whole year...
Baring in mind i just came home after being away for 6 months...
live and learn, when you take a car in to get work done or more make sure you write out a contract.. thats all I can say.
what do I do now? pull the car out and go elsewhere, losing a bit of $$$ or leave it with him and keep pushing him onwards..
What do you guys think..

start calling around to see if someone else can do it!this guy is majorly lagging.it does sound like it's almost done,so it's up to you how to handle it.you can put your foot down and say hay i need this done asap.see what he says and go from there.is this like a hobby shop or just a guy with mechanical skills.if he does kit cars or swaps for a living he should have been done about 10 months ago.good luck
