so i was leaving work around 10:30 tonight (a restaurant), and as i'm driving through a near by walgreens parking lot to cut a corner i see this group of guys standing around and from then one guy chasing down another guy. As I drive by i hear the guy on top who chased the guy down yell at him for thinking he could key his car and get away with it. I then was wondering whether or not the whole group of guys were gonna beat the **** out of the one guy so i tried to do the 911 thing on the cell phone but it didnt work eventhough i had reception. So they proceed to keep him down and not hit him at all (impressive restraint), I proceed to drive across the street and park and just watch to see if anythign is gonna go down cause there is a firestation right there so if anything happens i could probobly make sure the guy isnt too ****ed up. The cops come and arrest the guy, and all was well kind fo anti-climactic but it was cool to watch and i'm glad the guy got caught

Beating him up would have been rather nice and fullfilling im sure, but depending on the city could have brought assault charges on the beaters. Probably best to call the cops and make the guy or his parents pay for it, then beat him up later.

Nice. I consider keying one of the hardest crimes to prosecute as it is so hard to find the culprit. Glad that someone finally got caught.

I think for an offense like keying the judge should allow a beat down so long as the guy isn't injured too badly.

I find that the hit and run door dingers are the hardest to prosecute. My wife had her 2004 RSX dinged big time at my sons football practice by some retard in a lifted SUV. The guy did not leave a not or a damn thing and he dinged the car so bad the paint came off in a 1" patch. MFer
