Anyone know what codes B2 and B6 are? my fiance is getting them in her maxima. I just checked it with nissan datascan after the car seemed to be "flooded" and wouldnt start for about 6-8 tries.

not sure why it would read all the others normally as regular numbers.. and read those out in Hexadecimal.. making B2.... what.. B = 1011 which in normal numbers... thats .. 11 i believe... so that COULD be code 1102 ....
and 1106 for B6... but any other code i've had come out of Nissan Datascan was numeric.
meaning it COULD BE
1102 - speed sensor ?
1106 - Automatic Transmission 4th gear malfunction ...
anyone know any differently.
oh by the way she already has code
0504 - signal circuit fault from A/T
hmmmm these are all VERY RELATED..... wonder who the REAL culprit is?...

hey beat - from the 96 Z32 manual (OBDII like the maxima):
1102: REVOLUTION SENSOR (A/T control unit does not receive the correct voltage signal from sensor)
1106: IMPROPER SHIFTING TO 4TH GEAR POSITION OR TCC (A/T cannot be shifted into 4th gear position or perform lock-up even though electical circuit is good.
sounds like you need to do some AT diagnostics. How many miles? Tranny could be going out.
