I know this has been brought up before, I just couldn't find it in the archives. I finally found the web site. You can make your own design for parts and have it made up.
I tried it out on some parts I'm making and it worked out pretty good. Now we'll have to see how customer service is if I do make an order.

Did you use prototype to make a part?? Was it more expensive ? What type a part did you make ?? Pic's ? and what was the turn around ?
I am still trying to figure out the CAD program.

Didn't use the prototype. I just downloaded the software and messed with it untill I figured it out on the part was making. I'm sure this was an easier part to make, just a washer made on a lathe. It depends on how many you want to order, the prices go down per part depending on the quantity ordered.
went from $4 per part for 100 then up to $8 per part for 20.
If I had 2 to make then the price went up to $45 each part.
Just fiddle around with the program they have untill you figure it out. It'll let you know what you're doing wrong.

I've used them before for new carb chokes for my SK's. The lead time was like a month, but it arrived sooner than they predicted. I had six produced and it was like $125 shipped. I was very happy with the whole experience. The program takes a little getting used to, but once you handle it it works very well and prices everything as well.
