That's from before Nissan came up with their own turbocharged L-series.
It's similar to how the VQ35DE only has aftermarket supercharger and turbocharger kits available right now. Just like the L28ET, the VQ will come out in turbocharged form in a couple years. Rumours say it's been worked on by Cossie.

It actually is very well designed and is FAR superior to the Cartech B.S. slap a box on the front of the carbs plenum style sold here in the USA.
Why do I say that? Because I had BOTH on my car, and the HKS does not suffer the same malady that the Cartech does under light throttle cruise situations (80+ % of driving!!!)
If you know what is what, the HKS box is very well designed, and not a crude attempt to simply box in the front of the carbs.
I digress.
