Q:
Anybody ever buy z products on Ebay from username zfindings?
(Not to be confused by Zed Findings)
This guy seems really out there, I was wondering if anyone had good or bad experiences? Is he trustworthy?

His name is Michael, formerly used the name "Bartricks"...he's a magician on a cruise line up north and is a TOTAL RIPOFF...for lack of a less nice set of words.
He screws ya, then if you leave nuetral feedback for him, he leave NEGATIVE feedback for you. Poor communications, not worth messing with. Lying, deceitful, and knows nothing about what he's selling for Z parts. Claims in his feedback rebuttals to always be available for questions, however, he's actually hardly ever around, always out on a cruise (calls it "at work" - HA). Never his fault, and notice that the item numbers in his feedback report are all listed as "Private"...that's so you can't see the CRAP he's selling and getting his balls busted for.
Once bought a wiring harness that he advertised as NEW, needless to say it was a filthy USED part that wasn't even what it was advertised as.
BEWARE OF THIS AS$HOLE!!!
I'm sorry, but I don't know of a more appropriate way of putting it.
Warren

I had a wonderful experience dealing with him. I asked him a lot of questions through email and he wrote me back promptly with good content. His shipping was fast and I believe I got a good deal. I read about him in the past and heard some bad stuff about him but I ordered from him and it turned out great. I would personally recommend him.

Ok you're going to reccommend a guy to a Z car brother/sister whos known to constantly rip people off, just because you got lucky? That's crap. If you need Z parts I'd check other places like Zbarn.com, ZXMan.com, Zspecialties.com, or other Ebay users...or some of the more reputable people on here.

Glad to hear from you Warren(Customlock). You're one of the best to deal with and I miss your posts. As for Bartricks, I bought some slightly over-priced seat hinge covers from him with no problems about a year ago. The lockset you re-keyed for me still works great. Thanks again.

Like I said, I have only dealt with him one time but that one time was good. "But don't take my word for it." (Cue Reading Rainbow music)

But maybe you are right Matt, I was a bit hasty to say "I would personally recommend him." One dealing isn't enough to put my own credibility on the line. So I will just say my one dealing was good and thats all.

I think he is screwing me too. I bought a windsheild washer pump from him off Ebay, which was pictured as OEM. When I got it, it was an old bottle with an aftermarket pump on it that doesn't mate to the OEM connection. I've emailed him back and forth, with the usual BS and delay tactics, and never actually answering my questions with anything buy vague crap. He keeps mentioning that he works on a cruise ship and he is practicing hard, blah blah (like it's supposed to impress me he's living in the rusted bottom of a boat six months a year, entertaining overfed middleaged lazy sh%$s like a circus monkey) and he wants me to send the item back to some address he will be at in port, and said he can't refund the money until he gets back to the States in March!!
He's a scam artist for sure. I'll be getting my money back from Paypal one way or another. I have noticed he leaves negative feedback for anyone who leaves the same for him, I guess there's nothing I can do about that, but I'm going to get my money back for this bogus part whether he cooperates or not! I usually do my research first before bidding, but this one caught me off guard. I should have known not to buy anything off of a magician that can only get a job on a cruise ship. The older I get, the wiser I get!
Bartrick, I hope you read this. Watch me get my money back out of your hat.
