Must be a site to see for the Japanese, but here in the US you can go to just about any performance shop and see cars like that. I'm with Tony I'd rather see shop full of classic Japanese perfromance cars.

Fact is, the Japanese classic cars are not as popular as you would think here. As well, these were not the run of the mill "American trash" cars in my opinion so I am proud to present them to you all. I will be on the lookout for the classic Japanese car shop next time. In the meantime, enjoy!

haha, good reply Japanz. He's not looking for commentary here, just people who might appreciate the pics. Everything doesn't have to have an opinion attached to it....

There is not one classic in those photos.. They are special interest cars.. The classic car era was from 1925 to 1948.. Also, a true classic car is picked by the CCCA and they were not Fords or Chevys.... A true classic is a Packard, Duesenberg, Pierce-Arrow, Franklin, Cord, Stutz, Cadillac, Locomobile ect.. A 57 Chevy is not a classic.. A 65 Mustang is not a classic, a Corvette is not a classic.. A muscle car is not a classic.. A Z car is not a classic.. These are special interest cars or milestone cars or collector cars.. Whichever you choose to say.

I can FEEL the mulletude emitting from my screen!!!
Is a mullet mandatory when you drive one of those in .jp?
A:

Picky picky picky picky picky ad nauseum.
One man's trash is another man's treasure.
Vintage, classic, antique - what the heck - Antigue Automobile Club of America defines differently also.
For most car guys - Classic = an old car (don't get picky on age: it could be a last years model too) I like and would like to have.
Thank you for the pics and don't mind the griping. There's some here who will argue at the drop of a hat - and if no one drops their's, they take off their own.
