Hey, my heater blower knob on my 73 240z came off, and i cant slip it back on because there are 2 bumps on each side, how do i get this thing back on?

If it's a 73, it should be held on by a tiny screw. Perhaps you need to back the screw off a bit, put the knob on, then retighten the screw.
