Have you tried a local parts store? Dodge didn't change much in their axles over the years. The same parts number should still be available on other models.

Should be pretty easy -- and maybe even cheap.
I have a 1977 Dodge Power Wagon (360 V8, auto trans, full-time 4wd) and 3-4 years ago repelaced the pads and calipers -- pads were $10-$15 and calipers were $15 each. Worked just fine. She's 'retired' now tho... brake master cylinder crapped out, starter quit (have new one that haven't put on) and rust has taken its toll.
I didn't try to find the rotors (I'm assuming that's what you're looking for) but O'Reilly's is where I've located the rest of the parts and I don't think anything (starter, rear brake cylinders, alternator, voltage regulator) has been more than $40 for it.
Good luck. Those old Dodge's are great.

It's funny until someone gets hurt. Then, it's hilarious!
