watching that guy drive away just broke my heart (and that clutch i just put in wont last long...). my best friend is gone... and theres nothing i can do about it.

i feel like i shot my dog guys... but its now time to slowly save and get another 280z... hopefully a 280zt. only time will tell... but god this hurts.

itd be a miracle if someone got the body back to the shape it should be without 10lbs of bondo.
that and the floors were creepin up on me bad... hard to find holes under undercoating...hehe.
im giving myself 6 months to save my cash (no more speeding tickets to pay for in a bus...LOL), and im gonna pick up another...
id like the body to be straight... outside... i dont care if the pans are caked... im just worried about the outside. that and a TURBO. i wont settle for otherwise... that and its an s-30.
couldnt have it any other way.

When I was looking for a new S30 my main requirement was it had to be atleast in better shape than my old one. The one I bought was 100 times better than my old one, yeah my old one was in bad shape.

lol.... it was a sticky situation.
couldnt afford it at the time, plus i had NOWHERE to hide her...
the only place i could keep her was at my mom's... and that was a no-go.
its okay though... in a couple of months... ill have another. you cant just walk away from a zcar.. its too much.
im just gonna save up smartly, and get some turbo-action.

I feel for ya. I had a nightmare this week that I traded my Z in for a truck and then they refused to let me buy it back and I woke up almost crying!! haha
I had to look out the window and make sure the Z was still there when I woke up.
BTW, I used to live 2 miles from you in Sky Lake South. I have had MANY HIGH Speed runs down South OBT back in the 80's and even more down John Young Parkway back in the late 80's early 90's.
I'm sure you had your Z flying down those same roads. Hopefully you'll get your 280Zxt soon.

Norm do you know where the over pass is on south john young..... i head south on john young and puch it when i go over that over pass and go for like 2 miles of pretty much open road....that's my "test track"

the star is the over pass im talkin about (S. John Young is called S. Bermuda in this map, but its the same road.....i think they "officially" changed the name ~1998)
