Has anyone here tried to stuff 2 1/2 inch piping on the drivers side in a zx on here? And if so any pics? I mocked up my piping yesterday and dont really like the look of 2 1/2 piping streching across the Rad!

Not sure how he did it, but Jeffp has the inlet and outlet pipes along with his intake pipe all pass through the driver's side of the radiator. He even managed to retain the air conditioning!! Check out the pictures on his intercooler page below. I believe I read somewhere that he had to reposition the AFM some to pull to off. I wish he had pictures from the front. I was thinking of doing the same, except running the pipe across the bottom of the intercooler instead of the top.

I just got my 2.5 inch IC kit today so I'm going to be wrestiling with the same thing tomorrow.
