I bet he can't keep that thing in a straight line whenever he gets on the gas, as light as the back half of that truck is.
God must love stupid people, he made SOOOOO many of them!

Very cool! Interior needs some work though.

My dad used to have a '72 1600 p/u. One of the best trucks he ever had. My friend did a similar thing to a Ford Courier. Stuck a Buick V-8 in it, called it "BuFord". Too bad it wasn't street legal in CA with the top of the motor sticking out of the hood. Very nice!

yeah, this is all street legal, havent drivin it much it still needs some work. burns a little rich so it likes to foul plugs if i drive it, but even worse is the brakes dont work for CRAP. only the front left one locks up and the others dont seem like they do much @ all. been racking my head trying to fix it, ordering new parts and all. its a work in progress, but nearly done.

If you haven't already thought of it, try the master cylinder and/or proportioning valves.

Awesome truck man! My dad had one that he kept since high school. I remember taking it to go fishing, on road trips, moving. He sold it when I was 9 and I remember crying because I felt like it was part of the family!
'73 Turbo, not much stock. Sold now... :-(
A:

That's a nice truck!! I would have done a TT VG motor, but to each his own....

"If you haven't already thought of it, try the master cylinder and/or proportioning valves." all wheel drum brakes (yeah yeah they suck i know) no prop valve needed (from what ive heard) and i installed a new power booster (old one had a mean vacuum leak) and master cyl. same pedal tho, and same problem with the front left locking up and non-other. im taking it into the shop next week sometime and leaving it there until they fix it.
i wish i knew the hp output of this setup, maybe one of these days (after the brakes are fixed) ill take it and the TT down to the dyno and see what #'s i can make.
