Oh god, I miss those old Ferrari V12's! Compared that to the McLaren V10.
An F1 engine probably produces the purest exhaust note of any engine in the world.
Next year, we'll have a different soundtrack in the V8's . . . which are already revving above 20.000rpm and producing 700hp.
Test mules with the V8's are already running within 4 seconds of 2005 times. Within a couple years, the V8 cars will be on pace with the old V10's (which were already faster than the old V12's)!

To me that sounds like the Ferrari V-10 engine from the F2004 or F2005 car. Not a V-12.

the F1 cars are getting faster...
the V8's now .. well in next seasons new FIA F1 regulations.. they are MORE powerful than the old V10's!!
