A very, very long time ago when I was a young man at Penn State University I would routinely offer pretty girls free rides home in my MGB. They loved the car and the autumn trips in central Pennsylvania were especially beautiful. I met a lot of women with the "Killer B".
Anyway, one of my favorite pranks was to slip the "B" into neutral when they were not looking then pump the clutch with my right foot and pretend like the brakes went out!!!! I usually did this at the top of the mountain.
Well, one time it backfired on me when the girl sitting next to me screamed so hard I couldn't hear out of my right ear for about two hours. And so marked the end of that prank. Aaahhhh glory days!
