J/K The blue one just needs to be lowered a bit more other than that it looks like a sweet ride and BTW I like the rims on it. Looks awesome

I think this might have been at the West Coast Nats a few years ago. I was under construction then. Basically the guy mounted a Z body on a lifted S-10 frame and running gear. Most people thought it was weird THEN.

I kind of like it! I always thought the 2+2 looked awkward, that is until you lift it 4 feet and add 36" tires!
'73 Turbo, not much stock. Sold now... :-(
A:
id buy it just to piss other drivers off in traffic.
A:
I'd rock it.
A:
I'd buy it and offroad the hell out of that. I think it looks good.

77 280Z - TEC3 Engine Management, Coil Packs, 3.1 Stroker, 550CC injectors, tripple throttle body FI intake, MSA Stage II Cam, etc...etc...
79 Fairlady - Rusty
81 280ZX - DD
A:
remeber those, the S10 blazer real low, 4x4, turbo 3.6 (I think). With the wheel base being so close I could see mounting a Z body on the typhoon chassis. Then you could have an AWD turbo Z, with more hp & tq than a STI or EVO. That would be fun.

A:
Now that would be awesome...

Z cant be driven in all weather and can't go many places....perfect solution right there.
A:
Isn't that the stock height? Just needs to be lowered a bit.
Anyone can drive a new car.
A:
It's definitely a good thing they put an air dam on that car, I think it will help with the Aero...

actually i met this guys at Z's by the bay a couple years ago.... he also owned the very first 350Z that came out in the US and then sold it for twice the price he bought it for..... he lives in hayward CA.... what he did was he took a nissan patrol and used the chasis and mounted the body to it.. he said it fit really snug and just barely fit... he also has a corvette motor in the engine bay ... it is a 4x4 with a tranfer case and everything... this thing is so tall he keeps a step ladder in the back seat.. haha .. and to qutoe him " I look over to those slow SUVs and ask them what the hella re they gonna do with that thing" haha he said he does go off roading with it too that would be something cool to see....

With the roads in Houston (most of the time you are off-roading) that might hold up for a while.
You wouldn't trash your body kit on the curb.
You could park anywhere.
Hurricanes? Floods? Let 'em come.
Road salt? No worries.
Garage - now that might be a problem.
