There is more than enough information in the archives here no one has to post or read recent garbage anymore if they want to search.
moving on is great, but you know everyone will eventually come back to at least the archives if nothing more.
im on different boards for our 240z, Z06, sd-455 Pontiac and more and its quite amusing to see the different maturities of ages on the different boards and how they amuse themselves in topics and postings that wander off subjet or nit pick with each other.

Say hi to Kammy and Stonehenge69!
I have always enjoyed your posts and was very impressed at how you maturely and bravely dealt with the theft and burning of your car a while back.
Good Luck!

sorry to see ya go bama16. Seems like the wrong people are getting driven away from the forum for one reason or the other however.
The needless bantering and immaturity on here, snide remarks, and just plain bad manners just muddy the whole thing up for alot of people.
Its one thing to have some fun and tease each other but the posts that go on forever and all the useless bashing and whatnot is really getting old if you ask me...

So long and thanks for all the fish.
A:
Hate to see you go Bama, but it's understandable...
A:
understandable?
You mean you cant sit back and laugh at the nonsense that goes on here? Man you are too serious about life if you cant laugh at it and continue on.
A:
That's exactly what I was thinking... I've been saying for ages that some people need to seriously lighten up around here, people can be so dramatic sometimes.

So sad that it should end like this.
1972 240z w/L28, tokico shocks and springs, and a 5 speed waiting. Also running high performance ultra mega blinker fluid, that's at least an extra 50hp to the wheels.
1987 Toyota Supra Turbo 5-speed. Belongs to me until my friend get's back from Iraq.

Talk about over dramatic... to post saying you are leaving is like wanting to have everyone ask why so you can give your sob story. If it's so bad here that you don't want to hang around anymore, then don't open the website... We'll miss you here I guess, but don't need to make a show about it.
Not to mention that if you were really leaving, you wouldn't bother to check back at this post to see all the really nice things people are leaving for your farewell.
Peace out.

this place just isn't the same as it once was....
Just a reality check here. Is it you who has perhaps changed. Some of your old posts refer to new friends with higher end cars. Are you now looking down on Z Cars in general.......Sorta like that girlfriend you had 15 years ago but when you see her now she just doesn't turn the engine over. Just a different perspective, we all change and evolve or de-evolve in some cases. Oh well..... happy trails....I'll go back to contiplating life over a couple of beers.
This whole world smells bad, I'd buy another if I had
back what I paid for another mother@#$%@# in a motorcade
A:
whats up with leaving bama? it almost sounds as if you have a life. joking with you . seriously though you should stop in once in a while just to see how things are here. good luck!!!

didn't really know you, but too bad you have to leave....this place does get ridiculous sometimes though....like how tonyD got banned for no apparent reason, and when we ask why, the mods close the threads with those questions....hmph, go figure..but tt.net is worse if you ask me....this is the lesser of the two evils I suppose.

I dont even know what happend, yet I'll give him a break by default... I can only imagine what can happend. I'm sure bubbles said something to p!ss off tony d, and then tony d in typical tony d fashion responded with about 6 or 7 book length posts each being as long as the next all of which nobody read but bubbles and he got offended in return. Typical insults followed, and no cookies and milk for anyone. Then the moderators did what was called for, and what has been called for many times in the past. Sounds about right i'm sure...

300zxt--well, I'm sure I can guess why, after all, he may have had plenty of knowledge when it came to z's, but when it came to acting decently and addressing people decently, he has no clue. I for one haven't really given two sh!ts about his opinions, but when it came to his know-how for z's, thats the only time I would listen....too bad I didn't ever own an s30 or s31....so I guess his posts to me were utterly useless.

spinZ, I totally agree with you and I think you hit the nail right on the head there. No doubt he's knowledgable about Z cars, but when ones depth of knowledge is clouded by their complete inability to act decently towards others it makes you wonder if all that knowledge is really worth it in the end. As you well said, we dont own the cars he's knowledgable about, so I guess we dont value his opinion as much as others on here would. But I would think that the s30/s31 community as a whole surely doesn't hinge entirely on just one person...

being dramatic here is half the fun.
Nothing like a good self-righteous rant now and then to clense the mind and soul.
Just let the guy say good bye.
Bye.
