funny how he states new owner responsible for smogging. Its the sellers responsibility to have it pass smog so if anyone buys it, they can take him to court when it doesnt pass smog and he will have to pay to have it made to pass.

Illegal swap for sure. I used to have to swap my head when it came time to smog my civic. I don't even bother now since all the money goes to the z.

hmm a hatch with an h22 isnt that fast..must be a bad driver or the motor is not running right. A hatch with a b16(160 hp) and a few mods will run a high 14 easy
h22 with 190 and same basic mods should make that car haul ass.
now a civic with a k20 type s motor ..now that is a setup to reckon with..no one can deny that
