As an appliance repair business owner i would have to say it is definitely true about Indian customers in general.Again,nothing against them,love the tea,food and their women,BUT,THEY WILL ANNOY THE HELL OUT OF YOU,AND PENNY/DIME YOU TO DEATH,ALTHOUGH THEY'RE NOTHING COMPARED TO ASIAN ,RUSSIAN,OR MIDDLE EASTERN CUSTOMERS
