Looks like an old late 50s Maserati, but the "B" on hood betrays it.
A:

So Blue what are the answers.
This whole world smells bad, I'd buy another if I had
back what I paid for another mother@#$%@# in a motorcade
A:

Er, 3 wheels isn't significant enough? Sheesh.
A:

Ah, I have it.
The T60 qualified to be driven under a motorcycle license, not a regular automotive license.
PS - you are wrong about the first fiberglas car! It was the Vette in 1953, source and quote:
"In 1953, Owens Corning and General Motors announced the first production automobile to be made entirely of Fiberglas® reinforced plastic, the Chevrolet Corvette."
http://www.owenscorning.com/acquainted/about/history/index.asp
So since the T60 was not the first fiberglas car... what is the right answer?

Another better view of how shoddy this thing was:
A:

(since you're using my tagline)............If it was a 1960 T-60, I'll buy it as "A" fiberglass-three-wheeler, but these guys tout the first *production* fiberglass car........1951 ! !
The Glasspar G2..................and Corvette came along after that??
"The Brooks Boxer was an immediate success when shown at the 1951 Los Angeles Motorama along with three other early fiberglass cars: the big Lancer, the small Skorpion and the Wasp. Only Tritt's car went on to be the first production fiberglass car. The Boxer mold was used to produce the beautiful Glasspar G2 sports car that year."
Actual building of fiberglass cars was way back in the late '40's, but the "Production" of a series was held due to problems getting raw material during the war..........
.
If my reply sounds offensive, TAKE IT AS HUMOR !! MUUUUHAHAHAHAHA !!
.
...'77 280 ZEE-EEK.....If it's got Wheels.....It's gonna Cost Ya ! !
A:

The T-60 is an ALL fiberglass monocoque body, not shell on frame like the others...SHEESH!
