El Mirage running an L20A that pulled somewhere between 10,000 and 10,500 rpms before being shifted out of first and second gear in that car.
That photo (I don't know who took it so I'm off to the SCTA site to see if it's there) was taken on Sunday as we were warming up the engine for the run around 11:30AM.
There are those, of course, who will say "bullshit" about an L-Engine that runs to 10K+rpms, but you know what I say: fukem! I got the in-car video to prove it!
EDIT:
BTW, The guy with his back to the camera is Andy Flagg, the driver is Dave Richardson, and you know "the fat old man with a beard" playing with the engine... Lots of fat old men with beards up on the lakebed, not a lot of youngsters...

As for video hosting, meh. I got other things to do that are more important right now. Dave and Andy have copies, I'm happy with that.

BTW, that interior is NOT from our car, I'm not sure where it came from, but it's not our car. I thought that would be obvious, but apparently not.

Love to see the video or at least know what you ran. I like how the cockpit is all stripped but then there is a stock interior panel on the door! Were there any other stand out cars Tony?
