Q:
who has used xshocks before? I ordered Illuminas like 2 weeks ago, which have yet to be shipped (despite being in stock). I've emailed them twice, no response. The phone number they give ended up on some answering machine I coulda sworn said "JDM tuning"
So is this place legit or what? It looks ok, and I coulda sworn people here have recomended it before; but it seems like a scam to me at this point.

yeah, but Xshocks is the cheapest I've seen. I could probably get a better deal on ebay, but who knows if there good or not, and I need the stuff now. My coilovers get here thursday.

So it's better to get a lower price but maybe get ripped off or buy from a recommended place but pay a little more and KNOW they will ship your parts...???

Through the month of August I was getting a whole bunch of correspondence from folks that bought something from a competitor, it now doesn't work correctly, and they are asking ME to fix their problem because the seller is uncooperative.
The bummer is that you are in Connecticut and they are in California. Maybe someone close to Fountain Valley can take a run over there to check them out?
Maybe that smok'in deal is all just smoke.
When the deal is too good to be true, it probably is!

Usually sites that have that much work in them are not scams.
