Well I borrowed a friends Dynojet wideband just to see where I was at as far as A/F and all. At idle I was at 14.8 which is good and cruise I was at 14.7 or so. at WOT from 3K to 6K @11psi of boost I was at heh.. 13.0.. WAY WAY TOO LEAN!!.I have been running it like that for over a year easily.. never heard it ping or anything.. I decided to install my 311CC injectors and Pallnet Oring fuel rail.. A friend of mine helped me clean up the injection harness. It looks WAY WAY better now.. At idle I am sitting at 13.6 or so.. cruise is about the same -13.6.. and WOT at 11psi of boost I am at 11.6.. I will go in and adjust the AFM just alittle to lean out the cruise and idle.. I think this was a upgrade well worth it. Now I am ready for when I want to install my 440CC turbo supra injectors and MS.. This will be a nice bump for me just in time for SEZ!!..here are some pics..

Does the Pallnet rail give you a different PCV setup? Are you going to put one of those air vents on your cover where the hose usually goes?

you'll love megasquirt. my current settings are 12.5:1 at boost & wot, 17.0:1 at cruise, and different ratios in between!
is it better to have 11.6:1 for boost? I know it said in the ms info manual that some turbo guys richen it up to cool off the mixture & prevent detonation & pre-ignition. But it said "generally" 12.5:1 is good for WOT stuff (if I remember correctly). Even with mine set the way it is, I have used 89 octane gas and never heard any pinging at all..
I'm not brave enough to try 87 yet, even though prices were down to like $2.57/gal for 87 yesterday, which made it very tempting!

Well, 11.8:1 is supposed to be Ideal for boost. depending on turboes and such.. I turned up the boost tonight. starts at 14psi and falls off to 12.. With that I am running 11.8 for most of the way up and then right before 6K I am hitting 12.5.. I may run just alittle more fuel.. It sure feels like it picked up a bit.. we shall see at SEZ..

No my next door neighbor did. The one building the turbo S2000.. He is almost done with it too. going to crank it tomorrow. It looks awesome. He is shooting for 500 on pump and around 600+ on race gas. Rail is working out great Pete!!.. thanks again..
