need some 260 pictures

Q:

hey guys i would like some 260 pics if you got em.i may have an oppurtunity to get one that is being built up.i've never had one or even been inside of one.what i would like if you have an early model is some interior pics.i want to see the differences compared to the 240.the car is a 74 with the small bumpers.some exterior pics would be cool too.thanks alot.

granted she took over a hybrid turbo build, all new supsension and brake upgrades. etc etc fyi this is a early 260 and still remains.

early 260s are almost like late 240s. late 260s are almost 280s. some call the 260 a bastard child but o well a z is a z down to the bottom rust hole. its kinda funny but my vin number on the last 3 digits is 260. sorry for the random fact.

the early 260 has the same seat belts as the 240s. the sholder harness up at the top instead on the tower like the 280s. personally i dont trust 30+ year old belts so i replaced mine with a 5 point harness. with a bunc of other goodies in the car.

I don't think the 260z is a bastid child at all. With an early '74 done up right, you'll have the best of several worlds. The nice look of the 240z front turn signals, a bit more reinforced body, a taste of that wacky diamond pattern interior and the nice later 280z style door panels. It's also pretty cool that in the US the 260 was only available for one year.
Oh, and two words: Seatbelt Interlock (diss it)
