I just have to wonder why people would continue to buy from a person with a -10 feedback score. That is your first warning that it isn't going to go well... These are the same buyers who say ebay is bad because they got ripped off. They won't use any common sense about what they are doing, so they got what they deserved. I don't mind a few negatives, but if you are so bad that you don't have a single positive, that should warn everyone to stay away by itself.

and look at all the idiots that ignored their negative feedback and ordered from them anyways. its the buyers that are stupid!

Notice in most cases the sellers got all their bad feedback within a few days.
People who made purchases before the negative feedback started rolling in would have no idea the seller was a scammer.

I think the owners of Ebay should take a more active role in paying for damages/losses incured from deabeats on both sides. Huge profits are being made by the owners of Ebay at the expense of their customers. I would strongly urge anyone who has suffured losses to band together and pursure a class action law suite for punitive/loss damages.
This whole world smells bad, I'd buy another if I had

I don't buy from anyone with less than a 99% positive feeback or who haven't sold more than 10 items. I research a lot about the seller and if the seller took the time to return positive feedback to other buyers, etc.
Yes, there is account hijacking, etc., you just got to be careful. Don't get desperate for an item. That's when you get ripped off. There will be another. I got the money, so I'm in control.
All my eBay purchases have been pleasurable...
ps. Sniper bidding is great!!!

What makes this so bad is the fact that people keep buying from these deadbeats. You can fix a car, you can fix a house, but you can not fix stupid.
if you can't race it or take it to bed its not worth having
A:

These are ANCIENT!!
Look at the feedback and you'll see that many haven't sold a thing since 99 or 01.
Ebay does a much better job of banning bad sellers nowadays.

I bought a whole intake manifold set-up. It said that it would come with fuel injectors. I BOUGHT IT for the accelerator linkage bar. "The oval had turned into a circle with time." I had serious accelerator play. MSA saidthat the "bar" was NLA, so it was worth it. Would have been nice to get those fuel injectors for "back-ups" but the dude cheated me. Looks like I'll wear the "deep pocket pants" to the Pick 'n pull. Norm K
