If you go directly to www.ebay.com is your account still frozen? If you follow the link in the email, it will send you to a shell website that looks like ebay, but isn't.

Hey this happened to me before. I got on the ebay live chat and they took care of it. They have to call the phone number on the account, or really any number works to verify who you are. On ebay's home page there is a link top right that says "Live Help"

No problem, I was surprised one day to find I was selling cars I never had. I also got an email from one person saying "I sent payment for the book in the mail, when will you ship it?"

I got a similiar email from 'paypal' that I had some odd recent transactions...it wanted me to click the link to verify...so I went to paypal on a seperate window not following the provided link and low and behold NOTHING was different. Bastards!
