My cartoon stick on is sticker is holding up quite well, FWIW. So are my painted engine covers.
Which sticker did you use? The shift knob one from the original post, or a decal?

i just painted the flag on my mailbox ardent red plus just got a Snowblower in Ardent Red color too!
My Exmark riding mower is ardent red with a Japanese motor behind the driver seat.

Don't have the wherewithall to post photos but in
addition to the chrome cap, I purchased a Lotus key
chain on E-bay that had a round coin-like metal Lotus
emblem attached to it. I snipped it off the chain and
filed down part of the outer edge to gain equal roundness
all around. I then attached it to the cap with a two-part
epoxy.

I dunno on the sticker size. It's just a lotus sticker that barely fits inside the cap.
