took the visors off how do you get the pins out of the mounts on the windshield frame?? thanks carl

They screw out; I used a small needle-nose vice grip to get enough purchase on them. It was painful, but easy.

You can use a small 1/4" ratchet and a socket just large enough to go over the pin.
Then, shove a small wooden dowel or Q-Tip alongside the pin and into the socket to make it "bind".
Slide a thin piece of cardboard against the windshield to cover it just in case you tap/scrape it with the wrench.
Ratchet away -- they spin right out.

Mine were very hard to break loose. That was the hardest part. Had to hold the mount with a small pair of vice grips and cloth because the whole thing was bending when trying to break loose. After that it's tedious because they put thread locker on them. Used an offset type open end wrench on the flats. I think it was 5 mm.
