The really neat thing is, If you think they're rice, I have a very simple solution. Don't buy 'em Then EVERYONE is happy!

Don't see how this equates. 19" chrome wheels hurt performance and is only for looks. Vertical doors have little if any performance penalties and does help people with tight parking situations. I for one have alot of diffculty getting in and out of the car when parked in my garage. Don't be so quick to judge.

Shinoo and I are going over to Japan September 8th to look at some very cool new products. We will test these doors and we want to make sure they work very good before we get them over here. Then we will let you know.

Yeah some new wheels would be GREAT. Chrome? (Flame suit on)
The doors would be great too as my garage is pretty small and WHEN i get my Elise it will be pretty tough getting in and out of it in the garage and the doors would be a god sent. I too think they look pretty sweet and would love to have them also.

Wow,
The doors do look cool. Think we have a split decision on this one but if you don't like them then turn you head quick before you see them again. I would like to know how much and how how hard to self install. I agree that vertical doors that are not for every car and look horrible on square doors. But for some reason it does seem to fit the overall look and feel of this car.
Looks like the guy in the video has to get his head right up on the door before getting in or out and he is not that tall. I have to fold myself in half to get in or out already (and it's not pretty). I would have to "test drive" this setup before I would consider it. But as everyone else has said.....More Info would be great.
