Q:
The reason is because I want to use the stock Elise seats. If I purchased a 6-point, I cannot use the stock Elise seats right? By going with the 4-Point from Sector111.com, and upgrading to the 5-point with antisubmarine bar, I can retain the stock Elise seats. Or am I mising something here?
As far as the G-Force helmet restraint system, it's a little different from the HANs system, so I was thinking that maybe it would work.
You might be missing something, but I'm not sure - it depends on how you intend to mount the sub belts. If you want to use the stock seats (like I've done), you must slot the seats in order to use a sub belt. You cannot just wrap the sub belt around the outside edge of the seat as this defeats the purpose of the sub-belt. Some do this, but IMO a 4-point ASM setup may be preferred if you are not willing to slot your seats. Once you've decided to slot your seat bottom, you can use a true 5-point or 6-point (preferred) setup so don't bother starting from a 4-point ASM and adding the sub belt.

From what I encountered in researching harness set-ups, I wouldn't recommend slotting the seat. It could reduce the structural integrity of the seat bottom. The following is an excerpt from Schroth's on-line manual:

A 4-point ASM set-up is probably the best way to go with stock Exige seats, which have shoulder belt cut-outs.
Personally, I would not modify a seat with slots for fear the seat's integrity would be compromised. This comment reflects third party research by racers and harness manufacturers, and it is not my opinion. Initially, I considered slotting my Exige seat for a sub-harness and chose not to after researching racing harness matters.
For maximum safety per a 5 or 6-point set-up, changing to seats that have anti-sub and shoulder harness cut-outs already engineered into the seat would be the safest way to go along with using a hans device.
I chose the Schroth Profi II ASM 4-points for ocassional track day use as I wanted to retain the stock Exige seats. My harnesses were installed using Sector 111 hardware to retain the factory belts for street use.
Unless you go to a 5 or 6-point set-up with correct seats and hans device, there will likely be some level of safety compromise being made.

So lets say I go to the tracks 3 - 4 times a year. Since I'm not a track whore, I do not want to spend too much money for all this added equipment.
What's the "bang for the buck" in terms of making everything work?
So now I'm thinking the ASM Harness, 4Tress HArness Bar, and keep the stock Elise seats, using the Sector111.com nuts/bolts to keep the stock seat belt as well.

LOD mechanic said to leave them in. I am glad I did.
My Schroth harness says in small print "Not compliant with HANS or similar device". I wear a HANS. Don't believe everything you read.
If your schroth harness is asm harness you need to take care. Your schroth harness says its not compatible this coz the asm feature is designed to facilitate a controlled failure of the inboard strap. This could lead to the hans device coming free from the belt, which it needs to maintain the correct position.
