(I know this should probably go under a different forum but I'm not sure how many people look at the interior forum)
I want a biscuit interior but there are basically none of those available so can I order all the door panels and dashboard pieces etc from Lotus that would normally be on a biscuit car? anyone tried this?

There aren't any dashboard pieces. Only 2 door panels and 2 seats. You can do it but it will be expensive. Better to order what you really want or possibly find someone who would trade.

You can retrofit almost anything if you do not order it, but the main issue is cost. You would only have to order 4 items: 2 new seats or seat covers, and 2 door skins. Those are the only parts that would be in biscuit.
Inquire at your dealer's parts counter or lotusgarage.com to see how much it would cost.
More likely a more cost effective approach would be to see if there is someone out there with a biscuit interior that wants black, and you could swap. Another option is getting it upholstered at a coachwork shop, but that may not be cost effective and will not look exactly like the OEM spec. Lastly, you could try expanding your car search nationwide.
