To me, it looks like the Reverie one is identical to the PB, with two pieces of carbon fiber stuck to it. I sure can't tell the difference, if there is any.
Those CF bits should improve downforce a little though.

I don't think the PB racing spoiler is CF, the ReV spoiler is all CF.
