Spill-proof cupholder - Introducing the BWR Liquid Caddy

Interior Exterior

Q:
I like that cup design, but it takes up precious space in the cockpit. I'll stick with my KMart window danglers....
I'm with you, Jer (in my case Pep Boys). Cheap plastic that hides in that nook behind and beside my seat when I'm not using it. And I don't worry about it walking if I leave the car with the top off.

Thanks for clarifying that Cade.
As a matter of fact none of the passengers in my car have complained about it being in their way, and at 6'-0" tall, my wife doesn't exactly have short legs.
If you're chauffering Shaq around, you can always use the harness bar mount or the suction cup mount:

Robert, please don't take my opinion about the product personally. Blackwatch racing makes a lot of other good stuff, and high on my wish list is that swaybar of yours. I just don't like being accused of my opinion having been bought, (especially just because I don't like one of your products) and I think that's a reasonable request.
If it makes you feel better, I think your pricing on this is good... someone can try it, and if they don't like it, they're only out about 15 dollars or so. I just don't think it's the most elegant solution, like something you'd get in the auto accessories section of wal-mart. The Kaidan cupholder seems pretty well thought out for a permanent mount (and I like the ipod holder idea), and Sector111's is innovative for a removable mount.

Maybe he was directing it towards KMSElise and not you.
A:
If you're accusing me of posting that I don't like your cupholder because I'm dating Lillie, you're way off base. I posted in Shinoo's thread that I wouldn't buy that cupholder either. I don't want a cupholder in my elise. I'm on this board with my own opinion, period.
I'm not going to modify my opinion because of anyone's business... so when I pointed out your cupholder is going to get in the way of the passenger's legs, it's cause I think it will. I also think it's big, ugly and plasticky, and very tacky. This is a forum for opinion, and I've given you mine.
Cade
He wasn't aiming that at you.
A:
I think he was directing it at both of us... and I don't know about Wes, and can't speak for him, but I sure don't like the accusations flying my way.
The choice of wording made that clear to me... relationships OR business interests. Wes has a business interest (but only regarding some carbon fiber bits), and I have a relationship with an employee (Lillie). Either way, it was unfounded.
A:
Thanks Robert! I ordered one for my MR2.

A:
Thanks, Robert. I got my cupholder today. Now to figure where to mount it in the close confines of my cockpit.

I would loveto hear opinions for my www.elisecupholders.com site from people who have used this (or other) cup holders.

Just received my BWR goodies...here is my tricked-out passenger compartment with the cupholder, sill protectors, and 3M footwell cover. I can't call the cupholder the perfect solution, but for $13 bucks, a good value. Nice products Robert...keep 'em coming.
