Kestrel, for such small letters like that, make sure you tell them to really clean the mirror with rubbing alcohol first. This well help them last better than anything. Also rub the letters down HARD first to activate and set the adhesive. Most guys aren't going to have vinyl squeegees at their disposal but a credit card kind of works if you can hold it close enough to the edge, or one gentleman on the board one time told me he improvised with a spatula!
I'd tell you the trick to easily weeding letters that small (it's still not really fast though) but a guy can't give away all his secrets it's taken him years to figure out.
Talk about frustrating. If this guy blows his head off, it's most likely do to frustration of spending hours picking out little letters for all you guys! haha. These are such a PITA.

YEP what HE said !! alcohol works best to clean the mirrors before you apply the letters......and YES it took hours to do just 300 sets....but i did discover the technique.... I wont reveal the secret... haha... thanks for the tips !!

how do you get off the old lettering on the mirrors
Ahhh..... I have the multivex mirrors........ they come with NO lettering on them.......the vinyl ones will NOT cover the existing letters !!!!! they are right IN the mirror........... Good Point.

Got mine today and installed it.
Looks great!
On the passenger side, I could not see a way to make it work without looking funky because of the bottom letters that already exist. So I put it on the top of the mirror on the passenger side.
Thanks!

I've done a few similar to that for various friends' race cars (as well as on my own, in the photo below) though mine say "OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE LOSERS."
I did all the graphics on a friend's Tyrrell F1 car and I put one of those on his mirror without telling him. He said he never noticed for the longest time until midway through a race one day and it surprised him so he almost ran off the track from laughing.
Nick excuse my ignorance. What are you racing there? This is definitly a step up form a formula ford...
